Doolally: Tickle Your Fancy

Thursday 26 May, 2016 - 19.30 doors

Tickets £7 available here

Tickle Your Fancy is Chorlton’s hidden gem of a cabaret night. A dynamic, exciting evening which offers an eclectic mix of quality acts – comedy, spoken word, music and singing.

The evening is hosted by Doolally – a comedy singing act who write all their own lyrics and music and sing a cappella. They return to the festival for the second year running and will introduce a range of cutting-edge acts to the Dulcimer stage including hilarious comedian Harriet Dyer (‘She’s got funny bones!’ Kevin Bridges). After her first appearance at a Tickle Your Fancy night, Harriet Dyer said, ‘Just did one of them gigs that restores your faith in comedy – what a lovely bunch at Tickle Your Fancy…’ so don’t just take our word for it!

Also confirmed for the event is unique poet, Gary from Leeds, described on BBC Radio 2 as, ‘The best thing we saw at the Edinburgh Fringe all week’ .

More acts to be announced plus Doolally daft songs and a competition with prizes – what more can you want on a Thursday night?!
