Fancy getting involved with the brilliant Chorlton Arts Festival this year? We need you to help us make this another fantastic festival by supporting with social media, producing blogs, running the ticketing desk at venues, running the bar and helping us set up for each show. There are lots of ways you can get involved and you’ll meet great people and see some great artists!

What you can do…

Got skills? We want to hear about any specialist skills! We are always looking for photographers and technical staff

Talent Co-ordinator

You will be assigned an artist or collective and will help them in preparation for their performance. This may include ensuring refreshments and stage set is as it should be as well as being point of contact throughout rehearsals and the performance.

Blog Contributor

Enjoy writing about the best moments at events, interviewing artists and the audience? Well, come and write a blog for us – we need you from right now to get people exciting about what is coming.

Social media

Are you good with a #tag? Enjoy coming up with fun, catchy phrases? We need your help to promote and keep visitors up to date with what’s happening now and throughout the festival

Front of House

This is a hands-on role where you will be dealing with customers and may include: setting up for the event, running the box office, collecting audience feedback and being the point of contact for attendees


Can you pour a drink into a glass?  Perfect, we need you! We run bars at the main gigs and need people to run them.

Once you’re signed up and have chosen the job you want to do you’ll attend a briefing where you’ll meet the Festival team and each other.
